Black and White

Wow, it's been such a long time since I've posted anything... but the new house is coming along!!  I've got so many plans and ideas, it's pretty difficult to focus on anything else... I'm even thinking about starting a DIY home blog to catalog all my projects, but we'll see about that...  First I wanted to share some art pieces I made for our hallway downstairs.
 I love the idea of using large mats to frame small photos of pieces of art, but I wanted my mats to look a little different.  I wrote an article about my process you can see here.  What do you think?  I'm pretty pleased with my first DIY addition to our new house.  :)  You can't go wrong with black and white!
